At Society of Single Parents, Inc we’re focused on empowering single parents because we realize that they are focused on raising healthy children who understand that our families are not broken, they are unique. After all, aren't we genuinely a "Society of Single Parents?" There are single fathers and mothers: custodial and non-custodial working to reclaim their identifies, engage in activities and achieve LIFE/ WORK BALANCE. How many times have you gone on a date and discovered that person has children with someone else? It is our NEW NORMAL. Through our joining together, and working together we can create a healthier, safer, creative, interactive, space for ourselves and our families.

Here at Society of Single Parents,Inc, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2005, we’ve been driven by the same ideas.We initially founded our Single Parent Empowerment Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress. Learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see. We feel there is equal value for both fathers and mothers in a child's life. We feel that until we merge these co parenting relationships, growth in our communities are at a standstill. Help us to encourage parents to work together more collectively to provide their children with the best experiences, education, , and exposure.

Mission:
To empower single parents providing them with resources to set and meet challenging goals spiritually, financially, scholarly and emotionally for themselves, their children, and their communities, while promoting a national network chain of single parents.
Vision:
To establish a link of support services for single parents that can be replicated nationwide and beyond that will empower single parents by positively impacting their homes and communities.
Here at Society of Single Parents, Inc, and Society of Single Parents- Atlanta, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2005, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring single parents together in a supportive format. As a network of parents, we collectively blend fresh ideas and passion. Together we will create calendars in the areas we are clustered and will include strategies for increased finances, engaging family and adult only activities, and mental wellness. We will remain focused mending relationships for the purpose of healthy co-parenting when possible. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Programs
Society for Life Program
This program will align our members to deals for health and life insurance with trusted Industry Leaders.
Society Housing Program
Learn about affordable housing options and communities in Atlanta GA & Greensboro, NC .This will also include best realtors.
Society Childcare Program
Gain access to affordable childcare centers and trusted caregivers
Society Wellness
This program will allow members access to affordable mental health services. Some Providers listed will offer a sliding fee payment schedule for discretion. Society will also connect members to Crisis and Helplines.
Society Scholars Program
This program will focus on identifying scholarships and grants for children in single parent households. This also includes assisting parents who are interested in putting their children in private school or learning pods.
Society Relationships Program
Through a collaborative relationship with the Fatherhood Programs, we will work to empower and strengthen co-parenting relationships.
Society Seeds Program
Money Management & Investment Program for ages 8-18
Society Skills Program
An interactive online program that will connect you to employment and entrepreneurial ventures
Society Travels Program
Through your membership and with our numbers we will expose single-parent households to safe travel experiences both national and international
